Information
Another very picturesque venue, Bamburgh beach is a long sandy beach with the castle overlooking the action. It works best in SE to NW directions and the wave sailing can be fantastic.
It can be sailed at all points of the tide and is best suited to intermediates to experts.

Shops nearby, good pubs and B&B's in the village. Good parking and accessibility. Golf course for the non-wind days.
Great surfing beach.

Directions
From the A1 north, take the B1341 to Bamburgh. Just after the castle, take the Wyndings to the first car park. Note that parking is free but limited so you must get there early in summer to get a spot
