A hot sticky evening for a ride around the Dyfi Forest with Dave and Jon.

Hard work keeping up with the pair of them but it did at least make me push. Started off on the normal ClimachX route and then did the 3 in 1 descent followed by a long climb to the top. The down another descent into the next valley and another big climb up the first climb of the Enduro to the final ClimachX descent which was as good as ever.

Hot, Sticky and hard work, but a good ride.
