Got down mid-morning to see Roger blasting on 6.4m. Rgged 7m as it did not look windy and had some great blasting. Quite a few more turned up and we ahred a secret channel out between the rocks - a handy find. Sea was surprisingly flat with some smooth, small chop. Getting overpowered so took 6m and 94l out but started to sink a bit in variable wind so put 6m on 105l which was great and flying along. A bit overpowered at times but with wind a bit variable and sea stayed flattish, wierd as yesterday was much less wind and a bigger sea at Dip. All packed up just in time as wind started to die around 3:30; about 4 hours on teh water interspersed with a few rest beaks. Best blasting conditions I've seen at Felixstowe - quite a suprise as foecast was quite WSW.
