Rode up Bont Goch ascent from Penrhyn with Dave. Met Dan at top by Pendam and then did the Summit Trail without the high as a kite - Visitor centre loop.

Felt tired from the start and didn't get any better but I made it. I think I need a rest day.

Descended back to Penrhyncoch via Cymsymlog and my light failed on the last half mile so stuck close to Dave and used his light!
