After some bike maintenance in the form of wiper seal service on my forks and air can service on my rear shock, plus a few other things I felt as though my bike needed a shake down before the Mawddach Goldrush on Sunday.

So I had a quick spin around the Pendam Trail at Nant yr Arian. It was pretty windy up there and quite chilly where exposed. I wasn't particularly fast doing it in a time of 41:05... 20 seconds slower than last time and over 4 minutes slower than my best, but it felt OK.

Then went around the lake again and did some geocache maintenance before doing the Hippity Hop section again.
