20th August 2010 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: 20 knots Surf / Sea State: 2 foor surf Air Temperature: 20ºC Sea Temperature: 16ºC Weather: Cloudy with some rain Max Speed: 28.28 (knots - unless stated otherwise) Distance Covered: 27.01 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise) Started off just nicely powered with my 5.6m and Naish Hybrid Freewave so had a good blast for an hour or so. Dave and Sarah then came to the beach so I went up to say hello and have a rest before getting back on the water. By now the wind had eased off a bit and it was difficult to get going but once out the back it was OK. The wind did come back for a while, but never quite as good as earlier. A good session though and nice to be out in a SWly. |
