Raced out of work and got on the water by 4, but the wind was all over the place with low cloud giving gusts and shifts all over the place. Almost gave up in disgust but I had that feeling that the sky would clear up and give something a bit better. Still no joy by 6 and I was on the point of giving up when it just turned on. Pulled the 7m right out and just hung on, but I think a 6m might have been better. Went home grinning and with a good feeling about tomorrow.
