I have put on a few pounds over Christmas and are off to the mountains in three weeks so we are keen to lose a little weight and get a bit fitter. So for the second day in a row I did the Two Rivers route, again cloudy with rain later so pretty miserable:( Went to Landguard first and then along the prom to The Ferry.
When I got home I loaded the van for a trip to Point Clear tomorrow if the Orwell Bridge is open !!!!
