Lovely early morning swim with the Aberystwyth Aquanuts. 9 of us today. Me, Helen, Ian, John, Beth, Richard, Rhys, Adrian and Morgan.

Dolphins out playing in the bay as well. Watched a mother flicking huge fish into the air for her pup to play with as we got changed afterwards.

Not a bad start to the day. Followed by croissants and coffee.
