30th June 2004 Windsurfing: knap, barry Wind Direction: westly Wind Stength: 20+ Surf / Sea State: swell /chop Air Temperature: ok Sea Temperature: ok Weather: some sun Max Speed: Distance Covered: Phone started bleebing around midday to say wind was picking up , Nick the fish rang from Horton to say it was v.good that way , had to work for a while so arranged to meet guys about 4pm .The last day of WINDY JUNE was shure going out with a bang. At least a dozen at beach sailing , gave my recent boot sale bargain an Ezzy Wave 5.5 (£45) plent of downhaul and got out , great plenty of jumps on last hr of incoming tide , Ezzy feels different blasting but great landing jumps with a soft springy feel .Sailed untill 7.30 fully maxed at times . Roll on July looks good for thurs/fri/sat/sun so far . |
