A nice early morning session. Well powered up with my 6.3m and big board... It felt strange at first sailing big kit again as I haven't used that combination for a while. I know at just over 80 litres the board isn't that big, but its heavy and at 265cm quite long by todays standards so it feels big, and with the upright 34cm fin it is a very directional board.. Still, once I got abck into it I remembered why it was so much fun. Nice comfortable sailing, able to reallty lean back against the power of the rig, load up the fin and just get faster and faster a the apparent wind increases.

A good session of flat out blasting, espeically on the way back in when I could bear away down the face of the swells and just go for it.... Mind you with the big fin, wave-riding wasn't up to much.
