excellent session, started riding in the harness which made life a lot easier on the arms.

nice steady wind, no gusts, straight on the beach, made a great afternoons riding.

beach was suprisingly busy, plenty of people around.

also did a bit of bodysurfing, but the wasnt in the water long, was a horrible brown colour!
