Arrived at 11am to find the Boardwise demo setting up at the golf course car park but very little wind. Went round to the estuary to find a little more wind but a lot less water.

After making another trip back to the demo to take a look at the new toys decided to give the estuary a try.

At this point i wished I bought my bigger board - I'd thought i wouldn't need it, and if I did could have used some demo gear.

Parked as near to the channel as possible and rigged the 6.8 - whilst doing so a convoy of cars & vans appeared - everyone else had decided the estuary was the better option.

Had a great 45mins on the Flow - some really high speed runs/wipeouts with the odd completed gybe here and there.

The wind then picked up to a solid f5/6 and stayed there the rest of the afternoon.

to be continued.....
