A hot day out at woburn. I started an hour before everyone today and had a good blast round and forcing myself todo the hills.
Done puke hill, church road, the harder of the twin sisters and the ups and down in reverse, first time I had ever done the last climb of the ups and downs in reverse and the harder of the twins.
