Cracking first day of the surf trip! Left Ed's in Sevenoaks at 11.00am and was in the water at Portland by 2pm! Had a wicked sail in F4 weather - blasting at top speed on a borrowed 7.5 T-bird, and drag racing against Ed. Such a great laugh! Portland is a fantastic setup for speed. After 4 hours or so we headed to the campsite and set up basecamp! Slept like a baby after a big chilli and an apple crumble!
