Early morning paddle before the sun rose. Quite dark to start with but OK on the flat water with offshore winds. Tide was high so had to launch in the dark from the pebbles.

Headed into the estuary where it was a little choppy and then over to Aberdyfi before heading back. Sun was just beginning to rise as I made my way back across the gold course ready to get changed and go to work.
