2 hours after high. Waves, some steep. Gustier than yesterday so dropped in several times as not enough for 4.2m, and one of those was in the surf-death-zone and got pummeled a bit. Nice turns on waves, and had one I was proud of heading out in onshore winds I could not outrun a steep near logo wave so turned on the face or get pummeled, and it all worked out, great feeling in the waves when it works. A few turns on waves.
Getting tired and on last run mast detached form UJ, now I see why people use Chinnok and not Euro pin. Luckily I was 50m out but reattaching board wind blew mast foot into board. so had hole to repair back home. More kiters than windsurfers out again.
