5th April 2008 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: N Wind Stength: 15-20 knots Surf / Sea State: Flat Air Temperature: 7ºC Sea Temperature: 9ºC Weather: Sunny spells Max Speed: Distance Covered: Plenty of wind first thing in the morning but it soon dropped off and I waited for Steve to arrive before going out. nevertheless, I have a nice cruisy session with Steve. Glad I took my big board across to the beach as it was definitely needed and allowed me to plane relatively easily and keep going through the lulls. The bigger fin helped my upwind performance too and of course the board made me faster than Steve on his big wave board... Its always good to go flying past Steve! Snapped my boom though, but luckily I had a spare with me. Another thing to add to the shopping list. |
