<title>Aberystwyth MTB Rides Week Beginning 8th March - By justal</title>
        <description>Night Ride
This week it is the Dyfi forest on Wednesday 10th March so meet at the usual car park above Ceinws at 6:30 pm. We will ride the ClimachX trail and maybe a couple of extras (enduro trails - probably Elephant and the the three-in-one descent), but much depends on the weather and riders enthusiasm. The trails should be riding beautifully with all the dry weather we&#39;ve had.

Lights are a necessity for the ride. Dave has a spare set of lights, so if you want to borrow some then let us know. Bring something warm for the end of the ride as it can still get cold later on. Bringing a change of clothing might be a good idea.

Weekend Ride
Nothing 100% planned yet, but I&#39;m hoping to ride Penmachno in North Wales on Sunday if anyone fancies joining me.

General Info
There is a group of 10ish transient and 4-5 regular “hardcore” riders who join in on these rides in and around Aber/Mach.

We will ride for 2-2˝ hours depending on the people who join us, at a social pace.

Please feel welcome to join us at any time.

        <title>Mawddach Goldrush - By justal</title>
        <description>Cheers Tom,
Will be good to see you here in Borth once the forecasts are good... It&#39;s currently 20-25 knots in the estuary, but I&#39;m not sure my legs can cope with a windsurf session today after yesterdays agony!

Enjoyed the &#39;race&#39; yesterday though despite the pain. Full report here: Mawddach Goldrush 2010 - Race Report
