Tried the Move On for the first time - quite powerful for a 5.5, given the conditions.

Ok - it's probably got another name but here goes...

Sailing front to wind
Let go with your front hand....(doh...)
Push the rig down and forward with your back hand
The rig goes down, forward and round the nose
As it comes up the other side grab it and pull it up and change to the other side of the boom whilst stepping around the back of the mast.

Sound ok to you....?
