The Butterfly Effect is a FUN, non-competitive event to celebrate and promote women and their participation in ocean sports. All are welcome who windsurf, kitesurf, stand up paddle or kayak. We will be completing a 4km downwinder from Cabarete Bay to Playa Encuentro.
