Very nice, good colour as well

Spooker - 5-8-2007 at 19:14

You're moving in the right direction at last Shem! The later, plastic Buells like this are a bit on the girly side, but before you know it you'll be progressing to an old 'tuber' like mine - and then you'll enter the realm of men

shem - 5-8-2007 at 19:49

Such kinds words spooker. Im well pleased with it. The clutch is crap, the gears are clunky, but it weighs virtually nothing, and pulls like a tractor. Oh and second gear loves putting the front wheel 2 foot in the air, (hehe). Whats yours spooker?

col123 - 5-8-2007 at 20:24

spooker would post an image but he's taking the stabilizers off first

Spooker - 6-8-2007 at 16:18

BEHOLD...... Buell S1 Lightning - last of the real bikes!

Spooker - 6-8-2007 at 16:19

I'll never get used to this site

see if this works

justal - 6-8-2007 at 16:24

It worked, but when my auto cron script runs to check attachment sizes it will be deleted....I'll Sort it out for you now before that happens.

You could always upload photos to the photo galleries instead and then link to them from the forums.

Shem, looking pretty sweet. But i think spooker has the upper hand, that looks awesome.

shem - 4-9-2007 at 09:27

The buelles had to go!! As much as it looked wicked and sounded awesome, I felt the need for 4 cylinders, rarther than 2, so heres the new ride, a Hornet 900, (tasty 900 fireblade engine in a naked bike), Sweet!!!!

You wanna find the chav who knicked your mirror though

Spooker - 4-9-2007 at 13:42

Oh deary dear Shem,

just when you were starting to show promise - you've turned away from eating red meat and gone back to your quiche

problems with your piles?

shem - 4-9-2007 at 17:36

Just come back from a lap around Tal y Llyn, and the bike is a Weapon!!!! Performance wise it out rides the buell in every way, admitedly it doesnt get as many looks, but hey, when your smiles as big asa mine who cares.

When Im as old as you Spooker Im sure Ill enjoy the V twin thing, but at the moment Im just to young, hehehe

shem - 28-12-2007 at 21:05

Hers my Hornet 919, after a few mods, twin scorpions, Grab handle removed and replaced with alu covers, custom belly pan, and K and N air filter. Now pushing 125Bhp, so back up to fireblade power, and as comfertable as ever. Sweet.

Dandine - 29-12-2007 at 23:37

So when do we see a pic of your new R6 dan?????

nick-r - 30-12-2007 at 06:43

shem....more toys than woolworths, comes to mind.....

shem - 30-12-2007 at 16:02

Who me!

danh - 5-1-2008 at 09:47

Heres my nice shiny new xmas present from the misses.

danh - 5-1-2008 at 09:51

hummmm bit small. lol. Ill have to take a pic myself. Thats just the pic from the ebay add.

No R6 dan, decided i needed a bike thats was a little comfier foe getting to work on. Plus the misses has booked tickets for the TT and she reckons shes coming on the back. And i dont think she would have enjoyed being on the back of an R6 hanging onto me for 3 hours up the motorway.

Rode it back from derby when i bought it and went for a blast the weekend. Its a beast.

Graham - 29-2-2008 at 00:23

My newest toy......absolutely great fun!!!

shem - 29-2-2008 at 07:54

Wicked bike, Theyre awesome machines. Id love one, but cant justify one, (shame really)

mNeil - 29-2-2008 at 12:49

since when Shem did justification play any part in our toy boxes?

shem - 29-2-2008 at 17:13

Good point neil, but as I own a toyota hilux, a ford focus, a honda cb919r and a ccm370, I thinkk a 5th vehicle may be pushing the limits a tad far!!!!

nick-r - 5-3-2008 at 10:15

no justification needed

she's probably lost track of all the stuff you've got anyway......just don't tell her..

presuming it's the other half that needs the justification, that is..
