Nice session, well powered in typical autumnal conditions at Borth.
I got to the beach just at the right time as the wind picked up from 15-20
knots to a solid 25 knots. In fact I was a little overpowered for a while
with my 5m and big wave board but it settled down to a steady 25 knots
which ended up being perfect.
There were lots of kite surfers out to start with, but most of them packed
up when the wind got a bit too much. Tom and Sam had been out windsurfing,
but it was a little too much for Tom and when he snapped his harness line
and outhaul decided to call it a day. Sam stayed out for a little longer
but then packed up leaving just me and a couple of kite surfers out playing
in the White-water.
A pretty good session all in all and I was leased not to injure myself
today as that seems to be all I've been doing lately.
