arrived about 10.30 and there was a guy out in the rain on an 8 m ozone..rigged 10m naish park went out for about an hour then the wind died, all the time i was out the beach was filling with vans and cars,, went in for a brew and a couple of guys went out on 12's, but with the wind falling they too came in...about 12.30 ish the wind picked up the sun came out and i was well powered on the 10..overpowered at times and at one point i counted 22 kites in the air and everyone having a blast.

as the tide dropped a huge flatwater laggon appered with a nice channel out to the waves and back..

i went out on the 10m and speed board, blasting along with some super fast runs in the shallows, but i caught an egde and took an almighty tumble cartwheeling throuh the shallows and landing heavily on my left elbow, which i thought i'd broke..but after some 'there there cream' and a dose of 'Man up pills' i carried on..

top day although a bit battered and bruised..

about 25knts wind wise maybe more
