A few already there around 2pm with ~7m so rigged 6.9m/115l. Wind increased so flattened then wind was up and down, at some times 6m would have been ideal and at others 6.9m barely planed. Also landed on far bank to shorten footstraps after widening for boots at Mersea on Tuesday.Good blasting conditions until near high the chop built so tried the lagoon which was less windy and fun when wind was up. Most others retreated into the lagoon too. Back out to sea as wind eased.
Afternoon flew by then home to roast well earned lamb dinner. Most others still sailing the lagoon.
