1 to 4pm with rest in the middle. Over powered most of the time. After an hour up wind came back in to change to 3.7. But 3.7 was at home, so after a rest re rigged 4.2. Second session was a bit easier. Waves on the beach were prob better than the bar, though I didn't go right on the end. Couple of neck loop attempts. The flex fins geeky to soft/small
