A nice but challenging surf ski session. I thought it was going to be too much for my skills with a decent sea=breeze blowing and forming whitecaps on the sea. There was also a bit of swell too but I decided it would be safe and good practice so headed over to the beach after work.

I actually surprised myself. Yes, I fell off lots. yes I struggled to re-mount lots, but I also managed to stay on lots. I was able to make my way out through the waves without too much trouble. I was able to paddle parallel to the shore too despite have waves hit me from all angles and I was OK catching waves back in too.

I still need more practice in more challenging conditions but hopefully they'll make the flat water feel really easy.
