got back after the bike ride feeling pooped just had time to shower and eat then the jungle drums were starting to beat (mates ringing up about going sailing)

got to the beach def 5-4.7 weather sun shineing

2 hours then my calfs started to cramp up to much jumping !!!

all in all a great day
