Wednesday 29th January - bike *** – Around Felixstowe – sunny periods.

Anther nice day for weather with lots of sunshine with the breeze easing down during the day, no plans as Mag had a physio appointment in the afternoon so after doing my exercises I decided to head out on my bike for the first time this year:) Skirting the Grove Park to Gulpher Road stopping here and there to take a quick pic before turning down Marsh Lane where a buzzard lets me know he is there by calling while flying overhead! I go up onto the Deben wall to take in the view before cycling up past Kings Fleet ending up at Falkenham Church to have a quick snack with ‘Emily’ before checking out the snowdrops now coming on really well. Over to Brook Lane leading to Capel Hall Lane and over the busy A 14, down through the little wood by the slip road taking Church Lane to check out the snowdrops at the Trimley churches:) Along the High Road before turning right into Station Road before taking the track all the way to Felixstowe docks ending up on the prom via Beach Station Road where the sun was disappearing behind some hazy cloudy and with the wind very light the sea was very flat, just lovely:) Past the pier and up Convalescent Hill and home for a late lunch and to sort my pics out :)
