Monday 3rd February - walks ** – Around Felixstowe – frosty sunrise then cloudy.

Walk 1 – frosty sunrise.

Woke to a clear frosty still morning so walked down to Felixstowe seafront just after 7 to catch the sunrise, all the cars were pretty well covered in ice. The sky was pink to start and a few early morning dippers were braving the cold for a bit of a splash about:) I stayed near the pier for todays weather pics before returning home to warm up, sending to the BBC was easy but my email was playing up and it took ages to send then to About Anglia:( The sun didn’t last long and it then clouded over, with our neighbours coming this afternoon for a chat we did not have any plans so I did my exercises while Mag headed to Lidl for a shop.

Walk 2 – Prom in the dark.

A quick lunch and a lovely afternoon catching up with the neighbours who left to walk their dog well after 5 which gave Mag and I enough time to walk down to the pier, along the prom to the Spa , back through the gardens, town centre and home.
Tomorrow is still looking promising for a windsurf foil with a good breeze forecast and a balmy 10 degrees, might even see some sunshine too!
