6th May 2025 Hiking - Walking: Around Felixstowe Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: 10 Sea Temperature: Weather: cloudy and chilly Max Speed: Distance Covered: Tuesday 6rd May - walks *** – Around Felixstowe – cloudy and chilly! I did think of going windsurfing again but I have been out two days running and we have loads of breezy days coming so I decided to give it a miss especially as the wind was all over the place and it was cloudy and chilly so not very inviting! So a morning at home doing my exercises indoors with the fan heater on! Mag and I then drove to The Grove for a walk round the lovely little wood now full of wild garlic, with bluebells and buttercups with young noisy crows in the treetops, we even saw a Jay:) We then walked round to our old friend Mary for a cuppa and chat before walking home along the clifftop! Then shock horror we were invited out for a lovely fish and chip super with some old friends who we haven’t seen for ages and had a lovely time! Photo Album here |
