7th October 2025 Hiking - Walking: Around Felixstowe Wind Direction: Wind Stength: light airs Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: lovely sunrise then cloudy and chilly:( Max Speed: Distance Covered: Tuesday 7th October - walks ** – Around Felixstowe – sunny start then cloudy and chilly. I joined Mag at 6.30 on her sunrise stroll along Felixstowe prom and we had a much better show this morning with some lovely red skys as we reached the rose garden our turning point, the sun then sat on the horizon as we headed up the prma walk and home for a cuppa in bed and sort out my pics! That was the best of the day as it clouded over, a tad chilly but I still managed my exercises in the garden while Mag potters, a bit of cooking, followed by lunch before heading round to our old friend Mary for a cuppa and cake before walking home via the cliff top.
