Been sailing down the South Coast for the last 5 days.
Started at Southampton, sailing down to Poole (past The Needles on The Isle
Of Wight) where we stopped the night at the marina.
From there we set sail for Weymouth, got some sea breeze in the afternoon
with the wind picking up to 22 knots, at this point we had the boat cranked
right over with the deck almost in the water. Rafted up against 4 other
yachts in the middle of the harbour for the night.
Next day motor sailed most of the way to Torquay marina, we got some more
sea breeze about an hour away and sailed into the harbour.
Stayed in Torquay for a couple of days then headed back towards S'hampton
and home.
Hardly saw a cloud all week.
Great week!!
