Absolutely knackered still after yesterdays session. Soon as I started padling out, my arms were in pain so only stayed in the water for 3 hours. Waves were still pretty big to begin with so didn;t bother attempting to go out the back. Caught a few good waves. Average session really not helped by the fact my arms were still dead after all that padling yesturday
