have to call this other as there are no mountains in brum and certainly none around the canal at fradley.
had a pleasant ride along the tow paths of the canal with Ren, interupted by lunch and a pint at the pub and then another ride along the canal.
pleasant day in the sunshine. gonna have to get another bike with suspension; my butt and wrists are killing me with the shock from the tow path!!
