Hadn't been out for a few days, as there had been no wind. Pity as I was on holiday. Anyway, got the call from Rob that we should check out Fraserburgh just in case, so we both toddled up there. It was thick fog and we could hardly see more than 100m. Anyway, checked out the routes to a few of the beaches up there as he had sailed some and not others, and vice versa. Eventually ended up at the Broch with the fog starting to lift and the sun starting to come through. The waves were lovely peeling in long lines along the beach a bit further down the bay. The wind was really light, but as the water was flat beyond the waves, there was no problem uphauling if we needed to, so we went for a play. Wobbled out through the waves, but managed to catch some nice steep 5 footers on the way in which was lovely. Could have done with just a little more wind to be able to pump onto them more easily, but still managed to catch a fair few. Not a bad session apart from the lack of wind.
