Oh well, it can't always be a good session can it? Predicted w/nw steady
3bft which would have been worth a chilled Friday sesh at Santa Pola as I'm
light and it's normally stronger than predicted. Turned up to find it
bright and sunny, tourists sizzling with a gentle exhalation from dead
north so after the tradional pause for deliberation I went in search of a
better spot. Found a nice stony beach north of Santa Pola called CarrabasÃ
which would have got the north wind nicely had it not clouded over and
dropped completely. Drove through a rainshower a couple of kilometers
further north and found myself at Arenales with 4-5 bft northwest (cross
on) and lovely waves rolling in. Rigged up in a frenzy and shot out for 15
minutes of fun before the skies opened again and complete calm struck......
Dear UK, please could we have our weather back?
