Frustrating stop/start day with the wind strength up and down.

A more consistent wind kicked in again around 4pm and had a great last couple of hours on the flat water of the low tide.

Around 20 kites on the water at one point............
Looked like a scene from Kite Beach (Maui) but without the sun !!!
