Dropped girls off at airport so lucily missed the strong winds and waited unti they died down to high 20s then fully powered on 4.2m. Good gybes in head/logo swells and ok inshore where choppier. Over to harbour wall, bit of a mess but good ride on one wave as I went in faster and all easier. As wind decreased to 4.7/5m downwinder to playa Sur and packed up as tired. Might try later. Good fun, just about 4* as could be better waves and less chop for a more perfect day.
Had fins in first quarter of boxes and board sits more which I prefer, but if I try to point at too low a speed it loses traction, so learning how to get upwind best by bearing off a bit and then heading up more.
