Still getting over a cold so only managed bit less than an hour. Took a while to get used again to 9m kite, especially in gusty conditions, probably gustiest I've stayed out in. Quite a few out as most wind for quite a while but not crowded. I think the earlier ones had more consistent wind.
Old GPS watch buttons stopped working so got Garmin Instinct. Its heart monitor says heart averaged 110bpm peaking 127bpm. Not sure I believe the peak as testing at home peaks were high. Being ill my heart is higher than usual so will try again when better
