Well here I am on Saturday in Poole.

OK I know I look C*@p, but my excuses are:-
1) It was VERY gusty
2) It was quite choppy
3) I was on the smallest board I have ever sailed (116L)
4) I was overpowered
5) I am a large and unfit chap
6)I had only just completed a deep water beach start...you should have seen me about 30 secs later

If you look in the background you can see someone who is making a better effort than me

Ho Hum.....

Opps someting seems to have gomne wrong. Bear with me I will try and work it out
