danh - 17-4-2007 at 11:55

gaggin to get out now and the current forecast for anglesey looks like it could be a goer.

Anyone else fancy the trip?

Spooker - 17-4-2007 at 12:30

mmmmm - xcweather showing 15-19 knots on sunday, worth keeping an eye on!

col123 - 17-4-2007 at 14:19

andy you better start out now for anglesea, don't forget you have only got about 130bhp, i'll leave sunday and still beat you

Spooker - 17-4-2007 at 14:55

it'll be no competition lard-boy. By the time you've loaded up your froggy pimp-wagon with all your oversize clothing, 2 of everything to replace your breakages and a couple of boxes of pies, then hitched up your caravan - sorry jetski - I'd be surprised if you get out of first gear - 180bhp or not!!

col123 - 17-4-2007 at 15:09

call that a bite then

bucski - 17-4-2007 at 15:21

I should be up for somewhere Sunday, however with only 68bhp under my seat perhaps I better get drivin now!

danh - 17-4-2007 at 15:43

by the time those 2 have finished being pansies youll be there before both of em.

Fart Boy - 17-4-2007 at 16:19

May be up for Sunday but depends how the other half is. Else I may be out for the whole of the following weekend.

Wind starting to look good for both sat and sun

Who's out and where, may fancy a trip to the Dovey side. Col you got any new toys to play with, thinking ION2 by chance and are you out or you just polishing that van

leonardo - 18-4-2007 at 07:12

13knts Sth max on XCWeather..a tad light int it

Spooker - 18-4-2007 at 08:19

Col - you wouldn't recognise interior styling if you had it tattooed on your forhead - my interior will be light, bright, coordinated but ever so slightly playful - bit like me

Spooker - 18-4-2007 at 08:23

xcweather, windfinder, windguru - still showing Anglesea 14-18 knots sat/sun.....

mNeil - 18-4-2007 at 09:50

not sure where to go, black rock might be a place however dovey could also be a good place going out from the main car park.
Shem is it still free or has it changed since easter?

col123 - 18-4-2007 at 10:26

anyone for wakeboardin boats fueled up and ready to rock!!!!!

chris - 18-4-2007 at 21:06

leo might be

col123 - 22-4-2007 at 19:40

well the jet ski came out to play and boy its quick, but my knees are knackered now, what with jumping off the waves etc, did a little wakey boarding in the estuary and chris (kitefish) was the pro of the day.

.picked him up from dovey, went over there and there was this rubber suited bloke with big puppy dog eyes and bottom lip qivering so i felt sorry for him as he ventureed to the darkside and was blessed with no wind..

however the fun started when i treid to get the ski off borth beach...got me van stuck on the pebble bank, result towed off ..knackered one alloy wheel..went to the lifeboat station and got out there...

decided to call it a day as no wind so set off home only to hear a horrible grinding noise, thought it was a flat van tyre but no the bearings decided to disintegrate on the ski trailer...2hours later it gets picked up..after i got arsey with the RAC..sorry mate only do broken down cars

..i said so your going to leave me in the middle of a busy road (had actually pulled into layby)

cut a long story short, a breakdown flatbed truck from talybont took the ski away and is fitting two new wheel bearings i'll collect it wednesday..apart from that a good day!!!

bucski - 23-4-2007 at 10:19

You all should've gone to Newborough 15-20knots all day - lagoon has gone a bit weird tho wasn't as it has been in the past - pretty busy as well.

Sounded an eventful day for you Col!

mNeil - 23-4-2007 at 10:38

should stick to kiting COl

jon d hat - 23-4-2007 at 13:20

Went to Newborough for a change..Some wind sat, Chris managed a sail on his 19.5 contra. ended up driving to Betwys Coed for a mountain bike taster with Nick an Spooks. Stayed over and tackled the full trail (Marin) on Sunday mornin. Some great scenery and nice single tracks. By the time we headed back to Newborough, Chris called us to tell us that the rain had arrived and the wind had dropped off

Tim..sure I saw you pulling into the carpark at Betwys..maybe mistaken, but did you go to do the Marin trail on Sunday afternoon?

Made a nice change anyway Sorry to hear about your bova Col
