Thats a freak accident that happend about 8 years ago, I think. Kites where basic back then. He got caught in a thermal, and should have spotted it coming. Maybe you should have a lesson before you start flying or it could happen to you, LOL!!!! What kite have you got to learn with??

I figured accidents like that would be few and far between but it's not until you see it.....it hasn't put me off

I'ver been flying on land for many years and have returned to flying after a break. I used to fly the original stackers, then sky tigers, and a 6.6 Blade. I recently bought a 11m Mayhem from Sean in Newquay and he recomended I pay you a visit when I can.

At the moment I'm getting used to using it with a Flexifoil landboard and having the usual teething troubles. as beginners on the water, when is the best time of year to book in with you?

Hey Shem, we'll be in touch just as soon as funds and time allows. warmer sounds good!! i just purchased an 'old' 16m Spitfire too as it was cheap...have you used these in the past? currently loving the Mayhem but look forward to being shown how to use it properly
