Na wind not worth it trying to keep the mileage down on the van. The rugby is on and I need to affix the wing mirror, need any more excuses

Booked the ferry for Tiree for spring bank anyone else joining us only £126 this year, bargain.

andy B - 5-2-2010 at 07:18

not going to tiree this year mr fish, saving the pennys for bisccarross.

bring on the summer !!!!!

Spooker - 5-2-2010 at 07:46

Very tempted by Tiree, but no longer an option for me, just booked a week in Egypt

shem - 5-2-2010 at 08:13

no wind but surf should be epic all is not lost!!

mNeil - 5-2-2010 at 10:22

WIND LOOKS TO HAVE PICKED UP COMING FROM THE NORTH WITH A BIT OF EAST, MAYBE THE ESTUARY ON SATURDAY AS WELL!! Borth for me tonight maybe the estuary on sunday.no Tiree, going south for the warmth, maybe even over the channel to that beach you were raving about near Calais; must ask you which one that was. tiree was great but cant rely on the weather and if its bad Ren wont be happy. dont worry about milage on the van Fish none bothered about my other vans when i sold them.; they are after all industrial mechanics and should be good for at least half a million miles. have had dealers thinking the van would be in better condition with a few more miles on it than one that sits in the drive all year.

Plenty of wind in the estuary this morning... 25knots plus at the mo and the sun is shining.

Well, that was a pleasant surprise. Ivor was up to his tricks and we had a decent wind in the estuary. The shine was shining and I had a nice mellow windsurf session. I was even pretty warm out there.

Lovely.

Hey guys. long time no post, When and where you off to in France? Have booked the ferry for mid August and I'm intending to go to Morzine for a couple of weeks mountain biking.

mNeil - 8-2-2010 at 11:59

hi Jon long time no see. we all seem to end up at bisscarrose as its warm and got big waves.
you up for a snowboard trip next week?
if not we will either be in corth or maybe go down south if it goes westerly.

jon d hat - 8-2-2010 at 18:46

Yeh...checked it out on Google earth. Looks good and from the reviews, highly rated by the surf freternity. May consider a trip but more likely that we'll spend the whole two and a half weeks in the alps.

Would love to go snowboarding with you but we are off to Morocco for two and a half weeks in March. Maybe next time. probably catch up with you all for the spring winds in Wales if I can keep away from the South West.
