I was reminded this morning that it's a bank holiday on Monday so as is now customary it's time for an Aberystwyth Aquanuts outing to Borth.

Meet at the lifeboat station at 7:45am so that we can be in the water at 8am. We'll decided where we go once we are there as it might be a bit windy. It'll also be almost low tide, but the tides are only small ones so if it's too rough on the sea front in Borth we can always swim in the estuary at Ynyslas instead. Likely to be swimming for up to an hour so 2500-3000m.
