Session count down a bit last year for me. Partly because we didn't have a windsurf specific holiday for the first year in a very long time (but we did have three amazing long haul trips visiting the kids who are all shacked up around the pacific), and the UK just didn't seem that windy. Fingers crossed for this year then...

My totals were down quite a bit last year as well.... Mainly due to the fact that I had a few months off due to torn ligaments in my ankle and then I was concentrating on triathlon more than windsurfing... Maybe I shuld add, run and cycle sessions to the diaries.

I'm out of action again at the moment though due to excruciating back pain. This 'getting older' malarky isn't much fun at times.

Hmmm, if i recorded every session of stuff it would be 5-6 per week. I only record bike outings of note rather than local runouts, which are great fun in their own right - some lovely XC running, biking and walking this weekend :-)
And let's not do 'getting older' eh ?
