I can't make it Sunday but Monday and Tuesday I can, are you going to be about Al?

justal - 21-12-2002 at 12:09

I shall be here Monday, but will be working...Although I might be able to sneak a quick session in in the Afternoon.

I'll then be in Bristol from monday Evening until Friday/Saturday.

Tomorrow, on Sunday, only the morning looks good windwise. But I think I will not come as it is too unsure whether it will work long enough. (The long drive does put me off a bit)
Monday I am busy picking up my parents in law but Tuesday might be a day I could make it, Steve. Let's just see how the forecast develops...

Well, you'll all be pleased to hear that the weather forecasts got it wrong (Now where have I heard that before?!) Theres no wind at all here at the moment...although they are forecasting that it will pcik up later now...no doubt at about 4pm just as it gets dark.

Its also pretty grey and miserable out there so I think I'll stay in and continue transferring my CD collection to my Hard Drive (sad eh??).

Steve, the forecast for Tuesday does not look too bad. Are you up for it?

I'll see you on the beach Joe, I'll be there about 9 o'clock.
It's going to be windy and mild (11-12 d). Any one else up for it.

Hope you guys have a good time at Borth...

Martin and I are off to Newton beach in Porthcawl and the forecast looks pretty good...although it wasn't as windy today as was forecast...AGAIN!

Well, did anyone get out yesterday?? Martin and I went to Newton Beach in South Wales, but despite the forecast (Force 6-8) there wasn't any wind...Well, it was about Force 3!!!.... What are the guys at the Met Office on??....Too much festive spirit I think.

So, we didn't do much really, just went for a walk along the beach looking at the fossils in the rocks and then flew my kite (4.9m Blade) for a while. It was Martins first go with a big kite and I think he was suitably impressed with the power, despite the lack of wind.

We might take a drive down to Burnham tomorrow if it looks windy. I don't think I'll listen to the forecasts though, just see what it looks like in the morning.

Hope you're all having a good Xmas and that Santa brought you lots of new toys!!..

I got a new Gun neoprene rash vest and a Gun wetsuit bag/changing mat.
