Martyn has agreed to do a safety presentation for the Club. While we sort out a date and venue (I am happy to offer the use of my sitting room but it will have to be before mid June as we are temporarily moving out then for renovation work) please can you post suggestions for topics to be covered. Here's some for starters:
Hypothermia
Use of flares
Use of lifejackets
Capsize drill
(Wo)man overboard drill.

How about our safety procedures for letting someone know we are out, who do we contact if we are in difficutlies - that sort of thing.
