Distance Covered:

Got down about 4.30 in bright sunshine and rigged the 5.4, by the time I was getting changed it was hammering down with rain. The squall passed and the wind settled into perfect 5.4 weather with the swell building.

Loads of big jumps but botled the forwards attempts as it's a little scary for a first timer hitting a 6ft ramp then rotating. By the time I left another squall was coming through so it was a dash back to beach in stinging rain massively overpowered then hit the lull in the lea of Burgh Island (just where the waves are breaking).

Good to see Bigbury back on form.
