next summer

Looking to go to one of the greek resorts, such as club vass, next summer. we've got children/wifes who don't sail to consider so has anyone got any thoughts on the best locations. Also is there much difference between early/late summer conditions, if so which is best for constant f4-6 breezes.

cheers

andyc

Club Vass has a creche facility and pool at the hotel and Vassiliki village is unspoilt by tourism. It's like any windsurfing location as regards wind statistics - sometimes you get a bad week, but when it blows it's a great flat water venue. Tends to be better in June/July. If you're hiring kit you can't get much better than Club Vass in terms of kit and not ripping you off for "insurance".

I reccomend skegness....ginger people are always welcome....the blue oyster club is an excellent night out where you're bound to know many of the regulars. I must say your entry about your recent trip to wales was very interesting
